Prices include a complete breakfast including breads, fruit, juice, coffee and full entrée. There is also a refrigerator on the first floor with complimentary soft drinks and water for our guests. Welcome refreshments will be served to arriving guests from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.
A 50% deposit is required at time of reservation. If reservation is made less than 14 days in advance, one nights lodging is required as a deposit. If it is necessary to cancel a reservation, a refund will be given less a $25.00 administrative fee. If cancellation is made less than 7 days prior, entire deposit is forfeited unless we can re-book the room.
A minimum of a two night stay is required on weekends April through October. Three day minimum on holiday weekends throughout the year.
Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Should you be arriving later than 6:00 p.m., please let us know so that we can make arrangements to accommodate you.
Breakfast is served in either the formal dining room or on our sun porch overlooking the river. Coffee, tea, juices and homemade breads are delivered to your door each morning or, if preferred, served on the first floor sun porch. * Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions or food allergies.*
We are sorry that we cannot take pets at this time as we have two dogs and two cats of our own.
